This guide will help you prepare your items, register with us, and send your package safely.
Step 1: Register Your Order

Fill in your details, including the type and number of items you plan to send us.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email.
Step 2: Complete the Order Form and Download
Once you’ve registered an account, we’ll guide you step by step through the process—making it easy from start to finish.
Once you’ve registered an account, you’ll create your personalized Order Form. This form must be included with your package to ensure we can process your order accurately.
Step 3: Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your media in a sturdy box to prevent any damage during shipping.
Use bubble wrap or other protective material to safeguard your items, especially fragile materials like film reels or photographic plates.
Make sure to include the completed and signed intake form in your package.
Step 4: Ship Your Package

Choose a reliable shipping carrier and consider adding tracking and insurance for added peace of mind.
Step 5: Digitization & Return Shipping
Once we receive your package, we’ll send a confirmation email and share the estimated timeline for digitization.
After your items are digitized, you’ll get an email notification. Your digital files will be available for download through your account—and we’ll ship your original materials back to you right away.
